1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all online sales of physical goods by CNC Cases Ltd, including flight cases, custom CNC-cut foam inserts, fly racks, and touring products.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” – CNC Cases Ltd

“You”, “Your” – the customer purchasing goods from our website

“Goods” – physical products including flight cases, foam inserts, racks, CNC-machined components, and touring equipment

“Custom Goods” – items made to your specifications or measurements

3. Ordering

3.1 Your order is an offer to purchase Goods.

3.2 A binding contract forms only upon our formal order confirmation.

3.3 We may decline orders due to material availability, design issues, or pricing errors.

4. Product Specifications

4.1 We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, drawings and images are accurate.

4.2 Natural variations in plywood, aluminium profiles, foams, colours and textures may occur.

4.3 Dimensions, weights and tolerances may vary within standard manufacturing limits.

4.4 You are responsible for ensuring all measurements and specifications you supply are correct.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Goods

5.1 Many of our products—including flight cases, foam inserts, racks and touring products—are custom manufactured.

5.2 Custom Goods cannot be cancelled or returned unless defective or not as described.

5.3 We manufacture exactly to the specifications approved by you.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

6.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout or quoted separately for large items.

6.3 Payment is required before production or dispatch.

6.4 Orders may be cancelled if payment is not authorised.

7. Delivery & Collection 

7.1 Delivery times are estimates only.

7.2 Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.

7.3 Large or bulky products may require palletised delivery or can collected from our premises by arrangement

7.4 You must inspect Goods immediately.

7.5 Any courier damage must be reported within 24 hours.

8. Consumer Cancellation Rights

(Applicable to Non-Custom Goods Only)

8.1 If you are a consumer, you may cancel non-custom orders within 14 days of receiving the Goods.

8.2 You must notify us in writing by email  to enquiries@cnc-cases.co.uk

8.3 You must return the Goods within 14 days of cancellation.

8.4 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Goods are faulty.

Exclusions to the above:

* Custom flight cases

* CNC-cut foam inserts for sole use and customer supplied Peli Cases

* Custom fly racks

* Items built to specified measurements or equipment lists

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 Non-custom Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.

9.2 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned non – custom Goods.

9.3 Custom Goods may only be returned if defective or mis-manufactured.

10. Faulty or Defective Goods

10.1 If Goods are faulty or damaged, contact us by phone and /or email immediately with images and details.

10.2 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

30 days: right to refund

3 months: right to repair or replacement

Up to 1 year right to claim for inherent defects

10.3 Damage caused by misuse, modification or incorrect equipment measurements is not covered.

11. Ownership & Risk

11.1 Ownership transfers to you upon full payment.

11.2 Risk transfers upon delivery.

11.3 If you provide equipment for measurement/fitting, you are responsible for insurance and transport.

12. Touring & Industrial Use

12.1 Our products are built for professional touring environments

12.2 We are not liable for damage caused by:

misuse or improper loading, overloading, use in transit once ownership has transferred

* Extreme environmental exposure,

* Incorrect equipment measurements,

* Foam misfit due to inaccurate information supplied by you.

13. Liability

13.1 We are not liable for business loss, downtime, lost earnings, or consequential damages.

13.2 We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 All product designs, technical drawings, foam layouts, CNC files, imagery and website content belong to CNC Cases Ltd.

14.2 You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

15. Privacy

15.1 We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy, complying with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

16. Changes to These Terms

16.1 These Terms may be updated periodically.

16.2 The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of your order.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
